Yes, it’s a Blingee

Hi everybody! Here I am in Boston, recovering from three weeks of hardcore traveling. Quiet Earp showed up with a car, and we went to Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts!

It was a hecka good time, and I had all sorts of adventures. Can’t wait to tell you about ‘em. But in order to have time to write all those stories, I need to quit traveling for a minute. So, tomorrow I’m headed up to a friend’s house in the New Hampshire woods. I’ll be hunkered down there for the next couple of weeks, writing as fast as my fingers can type.

Aside from the writing, there’s some less-exciting work to be done: plenty of planning, some massaging of the blog design, and all the little piddly things that keep this site running. I’m working on a Google map of all the places I’ve been, which should be fun for you and me both. Plus there are photos to organize, friends to get in touch with, and oh just a million things to do.

The next few months will be exciting to say the least… and as we wrap up 2009, it’ll be time to leave the USA!
