Whoever wrote the jealous article about the 'Very Special 'Angels Nest',(you know who you are, put your money where your mouth is, or shut up, the ignorant article talks about one persons' view on ...'Angels Nest' being too beautiful, too magnificent, the yoga / dance/ music/ recording/ production studio being too large, too professional, too big, and the eco-green hummer that runs on several fuel options being too Amazing ...IS EITHER INSANLY JEALOUS, OR STUPID, OR UNEDUCATED OR Doesn't have a life, OR ALL OF THE ABOVE! How large the building is, or that they had a eco-green hummer, is absolutly 'NO ONES' Business but the Owners' and Investors, it's JEALOUSY AND IGNORANCE! Now it's just a EMPTY building! WOW, ANGELS NEST IS POWERFUL, to create a jealous comment!
*Thank God and Thank the Universe for Robert Plarr, and Victoria Peters, and Gerri and Dennis Weaver, and thank the Politicians, Architects, Scientists, Filmmakers, Celebrities, main stream America the 'Real' people, and the Children of the World, Who Get It, who have a Brain, and Appreciate and Applaude the two beautifully generous and talented, gifted, visionaries, humanitarians, mover and shakers, Robert Plarr and Victoria Peters, along with all the rest of the incrediable creative visionaries, and entreprnuers, who support them!
Angels Nest was Never a home, there were scientists, and military, and interns, and docters, and filmmakers, professors, and writers staying there to help get it to the world and they all suceeded!!! It was a Global Showplace, Educational Learning Center for Children, and a Living Laboratory!!! NOW THEY HAVE MOVED ON TO GREATER THINGS with GREAT PEOPLE! LOVE AND BLESSINGS TO ALL WHO HAVE SUPPORTED THEM, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, YOU ALL ARE AMAZING, TO ALL WHO MADE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD, AND ARE GIVING BACK TO THE WORLD WITH THEM! BLESSINGS!!!

Highly Respected, Admired, Appreciated, and Adored, Robert Plarr, and Victoria Peters, (along with Gerri,Dennis Weaver), are Intelligent, Powerful Movers and Shakers! Robert Plarr and Victoria Peters, are Humanitarians (far too caring and generous), Creative visionaries, and Entreprenuers, they took a chance, their precious time, money, energy, creative ideas, (and took a little tiny existing building,) and turned it into a 'Famous Magnificient Global Showplace, Educational Learning Center, and Living Laboratory for the World', ...where Politicians, Filmmakers, News Correspondents, Navy Seals, Recon Marines, Army, Air Force, Celebrities, and Buses of School Children, came from all over the world to experience, film, and document their incrediable efforts, and to show the new technology works, and its possible to live in luxury, ...and still be affordable to those truely in need! All those with a Brain and a Heart, truely understand this GREAT GIFT that Robert Plarr and Victoria Peters 'Gifted to the WORLD', and the Future of the Worlds Children!
...THANK YOU to Robert and Victoria! Abundance of all the greatest things, and blessings, the universe has to gift you both with!

I toured the Angels Nest in the summer of 2007. It was the first time that I had seen an earthship and learned what it was. A week ago I was back in Taos and drove over to Angels Nest to show my boyfriend the amazing earthship I saw several years before. I was really disappointed to find that the earthship was no longer available to tour. I still remember the beauty of the structure and I am disappointed that I am unable to share such a rare experience with loved ones.

'Angels Nest' was co-created, co-finaced, and built by two very special, inventive, compassionate and generous entreprenuer visionaries, with one being Robert Plarr and the other one being Victoria Peters, (along with the help of many other incrediable entreprenuers, business owners and so many wonderful human beings!) They could have just enjoyed their own life, had fun,and not care for others having a roof over heads, but they took the time and energy, to build to benefit those less fortunate! Robert Plarr and Victoria Peters are greatly respected, admired, and appreciated, for being so generous of their time, energy, finances, and incrediable creative vision!

Joe - Thank you for stopping by, and for the thoughtful comment. Hopefully we can rebuild something equally beautiful, and truly sustainable, in the near future. Till then we keep dreaming, and creating.

It was great to hear from someone who can speak to the best aspects of what the Angel's Nest represented; I really appreciate the comment.

To me Angels Nest was a lot more than a building.
I find myself tremendously saddened by what seems like the passing on of a dear friend.
I wish I could describe adequatly the memories, & idealistic, inspirational, happenings that were imparted to my soul from being there at Angels Nest over the years. It was a little bit of heaven to this old adobe home builder who had dreamed and worked toward something like an Angels Nest his whole life. When I first walked thru the door of the original Nautilus & the first one I met was Dennis Weaver, I knew that this Angels Nest was something speacial. Most everyone knows that Angels Nest was not built with careful cost effectiveness,
but it was a showcase, & attraction to many movers & shakers of the world. I helped host a party for the succesor to the Dali Lama one night for Gods sake, & during the tenure of Angels Nest I was privileged to be part of many gatherings of bright, dedicated people trying to make the world a better place. The guest list reads like a who's who of dignataries, scientist, & everyday people all excited and inspired by what Angels Nest represented. Angels Nest was a wonderful happening, & the happening was something very speacial to me, & many others.
